Patients may make an appointment at one of our three locations either by calling the office or using our convenient online appointment request system. Upon submitting an online appointment request, a staff member will contact the patient to finalize the appointment time and obtain any additional information needed.

Precision Foot and Ankle accepts all insurance plans with a few exceptions. If you have any questions regarding your insurance, contact one of our offices and we'd be happy to check for you and answer any questions.
